Air conditioning foil is a special material for making heat exchanger fins for air conditioners. The early use of air conditioning foil is a plain foil. In order to improve the surface properties of the plain foil, the inorganic coating and the hydrophilic organic coating were coated before forming to form a hydrophilic foil. The hydrophilic foil accounts for 50% of the total amount of air conditioning foil, and the proportion of its use will be further improved.
The thickness of air conditioning foil is 0.1mm ~ 0.15mm. With the development of technology, air conditioning foil have further thinning trend in thin state, Aluminum Foil to have excellent formability, microstructure and mechanical properties of metallurgical defects must be uniform, less small anisotropy, and high strength, good ductility, uniform thickness, good flatness.

Packaging and Delivery

What`s more, wooden case or wooden pallet is adopted to protect products from damage during the delivery. There are two kinds of packaging, which is eye to wall or eye to sky. Customers can choose either of them for their convenience. Generally speaking, there are 2 tons in one package, and loading 18-22 tons in 1×20′ container, and 20-24 tons in 1×40′ container.
